For Subcontractors/ Contractors
ARKAY Management Solutions, LLC is always looking for qualified subcontractors/ contractors to add to our team.
Requirements:
1) must have a valid ABC number or be willing to obtain one
2) Must be 18 years of age or older
3) Must have reliable transportation
4) Must have basic tools for the job: knob locks, deadbolt locks, contractor
keys etc.
The following items aren’t required but are highly recommended:
1. General liability with at least $1 million in coverage
2. Errors and omissions insurance with at least $1 million in coverage
3. Worker’s compensation insurance with at least $500K in coverage
4. Proficiency in utilizing PPW or Pruvan
